Payment at the hotel
You can make a reservation for a stay at the Valk Exclusief hotels, without instant payment.* You can then pay at the hotel when you check in. At reception you can pay cash, but also with debit card or credit card.

Instant online payment
iDeal
At the Valk Exclusief Hotel you can pay through iDEAL. If you prefer this method of payment, you will the sum online through your own bank. The sum will be debited instantly. The respective hotel will get a message from your bank, confirming that your reservation has been paid.
iDEAL can be used as method of payment if you make use of internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Regio Bank, KNAB, Van Lanschot and Triodos Bank.
Should you decide to fully or partly cancel your reservation, the hotel will make a refund as soon as possible.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
You can enter your credit card details in a secure manner, due to our secured SSL procedure. Together with your credit card organisation we will see to it that payment is done in a correct manner. Your credit card will be debited at the time, you make the payment.
In case of a credit card authorisation, an amount will be reserved on your credit card.
As soon as you cancel the reservation or check in at the hotel this reserved amount will drop from your credit card.
Paypal
You can pay with your PayPal through our secure SSL procedure. By using Paypal you don't have to share any bank account or credit card details with others. You simply pay with your e-mail address and password
Should you decide to fully or partly cancel your reservation, the respective hotel will refund the credit as soon as possible.
Bancontact/Mister Cash
A payment with the use of Bancontact/Mister Cash is basically the same as a credit card payment. The only thing needed is the card number and expiry date. Automatically you will then proceed to the screen of your own bank, where you can complete the details needed in order to make the payment.
Should you decide to fully or partly cancel your reservation, the hotel will refund the amount as soon as possible.
Van der Valk Gift Card
The Van der Valk Gift Card is another method of payment that can be used at the Valk Exclusief Hotels. You can select the method of payment for the Van der Valk Gift Card. Then you enter the barcode and the unique pin code of the Gift Card. This unique pin code can be found on the back of your Gift Card, below right, under the scratch-off surface. After the scratch-off surface has been scratched away, the pin code appears.
Should you decide to fully or partly cancel your reservation, the hotel will refund the amount. This sum will not be restored to your Van der Valk Gift Card.
