Can we eat in the restaurant?
No. Unfortunately, you cannot use our restaurant as a hotel guest. From December 15, our restaurant will be closed all day until further notice.
What security measures have you taken?
We have taken a large number of measures: Our areas are professionally cleaned on a daily basis. Door handles are cleaned several times a day. We wash our hands regularly. We have placed disinfection points in various places so that you can wash your hands quickly and easily.
Can I book a room?
Yes! Did you know that our hotel has not been closed? You can book an overnight stay with us if you wish to book it for business purposes.
Is it possible to cancel my booking (online)?
You can cancel all types of reservations, with the exception of Early Bird & non-refundable, free of charge until 12:00 noon (12 pm) on the day of arrival.
When you have booked online, you can cancel the booking in your account. With the exception of Early Bird and non-refundable reservations.
Can I come back for lunch?
No. Unfortunately our restaurant is currently closed and lunch is not possible.
Is Live Cooking possible again?
No. Due to government guidelines, we are currently unable to offer Live Cooking. The lunch buffet and brunch buffet cannot take place until further notice.
Are business meetings allowed in the hotel?
No. With the tightened measures, it is unfortunately not allowed to stay in our meeting rooms. We would be happy to help you organize your meeting or gathering again after 9 February.
Is it possible to use facilities such as renting an bicycle at the hotel?
Yes! Hotel guests can reserve these through our reception (based on availability). Our hotel has beautiful cycling routes (20/40 / 60km) of the area available for you.
